Drill Holes?!

Hmmm. So I have my cargo net in hand, but the darn thing requires drilling additional holes in the trunk. I don't know how to do that! What is with these accessories? Can't they just have the holes pre-drilled at the time of production? If I were to get someone to install it, it'll cost more than the net itself which was only about $30. *annoyed*
